Founder and CEO at Giraffe where he drives organizational initiatives across a range of strategic and operational dimensions. He’s worked in regulatory markets for clean technologies for 14 years and has extensive experience in energy finance and policy. He previously cofounded Momentum X and Third Derivative. He also worked in the electricity practice at RMI, in structured finance at SolarCity/Tesla, and in environmental commodity brokerage at Karbone. He holds a BA from McGill and an MS from Columbia where he also serves as an adjunct professor.

Senior Vice President of Operations at Giraffe Financial, where he leads client delivery, identifying tax-saving opportunities and monetizing tax credits. With over 15 years of experience in Federal tax, Trevor possesses extensive technical expertise in credits and incentives. Before joining Giraffe Financial, Trevor spent the majority of his career at Grant Thornton. He holds a Master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Giraffe Financial, Kristie was an integral member of building out the Financial Accounting team at Deriva Energy (previously Duke Energy). She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Siena College.

Previously, she served as Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Treasury supporting IRA implementation and as White House Policy Director for Climate and Energy at the National Security Council. She also served as Chief of Staff at the Obama Foundation where she built and scaled international programming. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Brown University.
