Founder and CEO at Giraffe Financial where he drives organizational initiatives across a range of strategic and operational dimensions. He’s worked in regulatory markets for clean technologies for 14 years and has extensive experience in energy finance and policy. He previously cofounded Momentum X and Third Derivative. He also worked in the electricity practice at RMI, in structured finance at SolarCity/Tesla, and in environmental commodity brokerage at Karbone. He holds a BA from McGill and an MS from Columbia where he also serves as an adjunct professor.

Senior Vice President of Tax Solutions at Giraffe Financial, where he leads client delivery, identifying tax-saving opportunities and monetizing tax credits. With over 15 years of experience in Federal tax, Trevor possesses extensive technical expertise in credits and incentives. Before joining Giraffe Financial, Trevor spent the majority of his career at Grant Thornton. He holds a Master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Vice President of Tax Solutions at Giraffe Financial, where she oversees client relationships and manages the delivery of tax credit services, focusing on IRA-related tax strategies and ensuring client success. With over 10 years of experience in accounting, Kristie specializes in enhancing accounting processes for Renewable Energy projects. Prior to joining Giraffe Financial, Kristie was an integral member of building out the Financial Accounting team at Deriva Energy (previously Duke Energy). She holds a Master's of Science in Accounting from Siena College. 

Vice President of Engineering at Giraffe Financial, where he heads their software development efforts. He has over a decade of experience in software engineering, working on products related to clean energy incentives specifically, and brings a focus on client experience, data security, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Giraffe, John was an integral member of the engineering team at SRECTrade, where he built out their software product offerings and implemented scalable team processes, culminating in their acquisition by Xpansiv. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. 

Vice President of Business Development at Giraffe Financial, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and drives revenue expansion through new client partnerships. With an extensive background in sales and finance, KeAsia specializes in developing business strategies and optimizing performance to maximize market presence. Prior to joining Giraffe Financial, KeAsia served as an Energy Consultant for Trinity, where she managed a portfolio of energy contracts, educated businesses on renewable energy, tax incentives, and fostered long-term client satisfaction. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. 



Vice President of Business Development at Giraffe where he spearheads commercial initiatives and drives new customer partnerships. Yaniv brings nearly a decade of experience in environmental commodity and energy markets driving business growth through strategic leadership and client relationship building. Prior to Giraffe, he managed North American environmental markets on the CBL exchange platform at Xpansiv, helping developers, retailers, merchant trading shops, fuel suppliers and corporates navigate renewable energy and low carbon fuel markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Math from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
